Who we are

Beyondmint is an Australian storefront for Pokémon Trading Card Game products, collector accessories and related community features such as rankings. Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. Some products include small parts or collectible items intended for adult collectors. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made for minors.

Product descriptions and collectibles

We take care to describe sealed product, singles and graded cards accurately, including set, condition notes and grading details where relevant. Photographs are illustrative; natural variation can occur between print runs, pack art and slab presentation.

Market values for Pokémon TCG products fluctuate. Listed prices reflect our current offer and are not a guarantee of future value.

Orders and pricing

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. If that happens after payment is taken, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude tax depending on your location and checkout breakdown.

Pokémon and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Beyondmint is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company or related rights holders unless expressly stated.

Site content, rankings presentation and Beyondmint branding remain our property or that of our licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beyondmint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
